Precise MRM Statement of Privacy

Program Name: PreCiseMRM Alerts

1. Program Description

By opting in to the PreCiseMRM Alerts SMS services, you agree to receive text messages related to your use of the PreCiseMRM MyFleet platform (https://myfleet.precisemrm.com). These messages may include, but are not limited to:

·        Dispatch Alert

Sent in real time when a dispatcher assigns an asset to a destination and selects you as a recipient.

Example: Asset_ABC dispatched to pin location; SMS includes a link to driving directions.

·        Real-Time Maintenance Alert

Triggered immediately when incoming device data indicates a maintenance-related threshold has been exceeded.

Example: Asset_ABC reports that tire rotation is now soon due.

·        Scheduled Maintenance Alert

Triggered on a recurring schedule (i.e. number of days/weeks/months/years, or date in year) based on analysis of stored device data vs. maintenance configurations.

Example: On the 1st of each month, oil change overdue reminders are sent for all assets in Fleet_XYZ.

·        Real-Time Asset Alert

Triggered in real time when a device assigned to an asset reports in with data that meets configured alert conditions.

Example: Asset_ABC is currently reporting excessive speed of 90+ MPH.

·        Scheduled Asset Alert

Triggered at scheduled intervals by analyzing stored device data against alert conditions defined for its asset.

Example: At the end of each day, OBDII error codes are aggregated for Asset_ABC.

These messages are transactional and informational in nature.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on user activity, device activity, and selected preferences. You may receive multiple messages per day, or none at all, depending on how your organization uses the platform.

3. Opting In

To opt in for SMS services, log in to your MyFleet account, navigate to your User Page, locate the phone number contact you’d like to receive text messages on, then enable the type of alert you’d like to opt in for by selecting “Yes” and clicking “Save.” For any of your phone number contacts, you may opt in to specific alert types (i.e., Dispatch, Maintenance, or Asset-Device) individually.

You may have access to and manage any alert type that both you and your company have permission for.

Only valid mobile phone numbers are eligible for SMS services. Landline numbers, VoIP services, and phone numbers that require an extension are not supported for text message alerts.

 

4. Global Opt-Out (All Alerts)

You can cancel all SMS alerts from PreCiseMRM at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message received from our dedicated short code. This will immediately unsubscribe your mobile number from all active alert types — including, but not limited to, Dispatch, Maintenance, and Asset alerts.

Replying “STOP” will also block all future PreCiseMRM alerts of any type from being sent to that mobile number unless you explicitly opt back in.

To opt back in after replying “STOP”, you must reply with “JOIN” from the same mobile number.

5. Opting Out of Individual Alert Types

To opt out of a specific alert type (i.e. Dispatch, Maintenance, or Asset-Device) while continuing to receive others, log in to your MyFleet account, navigate to your User Page, locate the mobile number contact you'd like to manage, and disable the alert type you'd like to opt out of by selecting “No” and clicking “Save”. Disabling an alert type in this way will stop SMS text messages for that alert type only, without affecting other types of alerts you may be subscribed to.

You may have access to and manage any alert type that both you and your company have permission for.

7. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or from you to us. Contact your mobile service provider for plan details.

8. Carriers

Participating carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your phone number and consent will be used exclusively for PreCiseMRM alerts and will not be shared with any third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Eligibility

This program is available only to authorized PreCiseMRM users of MyFleet, a secure commercial SaaS platform. You must be 18 years or older to enroll. SMS delivery is limited to U.S. recipients.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or amend these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
